Keeping the brain well nourished

Prevent Alzheimer’s

Nowadays, more and more people suffer from Alzheimer’s disease. The scientists can not find what caused it, so they can not find the cure. When I treat this problem and other chronic brain damage disease, like Parkinson’s disease and stroke, I found their neck are very stiff, and the arteries from neck vertebral to the brain are very narrow, so the brain can not get a good blood circulation. This is the main cause, when I just simply treated the neck, make the neck nicely soft, the arteries then can supply the brain better blood circulation; they all quickly recovered from the damage. All their difficulties are feeling better, their memory and other abilities are improved unbelievably.

So, if we want really prevent and cure the Alzheimer’s, we need to prevent and treat the stiff neck from as early as possible.

1. What is an Alzheimer’s?
Alzheimer’s is one kind of disease which mainly affects the brain. The brain cells are dying, lost part of its functions which like memory, concentration, learning, thinking, reasoning, communication skills, even sleeping, eating, drinking, speech, and other activities of our daily life can be affected, make the life very difficult.

2. What causes the Alzheimer’s?

The brain damage causes the Alzheimer’s.

The brain has more then billion nerve cells (neurons). Normally with good blood circulation and nutrition supplying, the nerve cells can live as long as 100 yeas. Each nerve cell communicates with many others to form networks. Nerve cell networks have special jobs. Some are involved in thinking, learning and remembering. Others help us see, hear and smell. Some are very important because they control hormones which like pituitary gland, some of they control heart beating and breathing. And others tell the muscles when to move...... To do their work, brain cells operate like tiny factories. They take in supplies, generate energy, construct equipment and get rid of waste. The brain cells also process and store information. Keeping everything running requires coordination as well as large amounts of fuel and oxygen which blood circulation supplies to it.

Day by day, the brain just like the rest part of our body can get old and changed. We can experience occasional slow thinking and lost some memories, or some times difficulty to concentration, but serious memory loss, confusion, change of personality, and other major things of our brain are not normal aging. They could be the sign of brain failing.
In Alzheimer’s disease, parts of the brain cell’s factory stop running well. Scientists are not sure exactly where the trouble starts. But just like a real factory, backups and breakdowns in one system cause problems in other areas. As damage spreads, cells lose their ability to do their jobs well. Eventually, they die, and the brain functions failing. As the result, most Alzheimer’s suffering not just memory loss, thinking, learning problems, they cold suffer  many other brain damage problems as well, for instance the Parkinson’s, stroke...
Poor circulation from the neck to brain caused the brain damages.
I have realized the Alzheimer’s is simply caused by the brain’s poor circulations. Of cause any thing linked with blood circulation all can affect the Alzheimer’s, like poor diet, lack of exercise and other activities.
The brain is only about 13,000 grams (3 ponds), is nourished by one of our body's richest networks of blood vessels. With each heartbeat, arteries carry about 20 to 25 percent of body’s blood to the brain, where billions of cells use about 20 percent of the oxygen and fuel your blood carries. When we are thinking hard, the brain may use up to 50 percent of the fuel and oxygen.
The brain has two pares of main arteries to supply whole networks blood circulation. The front pare called internal carotid arteries, the back pare called vertebral arteries. But when we have a stiff neck, these arteries can be narrowed and tight; the blood floor to the brain can be reduced. Especially the vertebral arteries, when the occipital joint to the first cervical vertebra (atlas), the arteries go into the brain right through round of the joints, if the joints are too stiff, have arthritis or swollen, the arteries will be narrowed easily, and other part as well. So the reduced vertebral arteries circulation can easily happen.
3. Can Alzheimer’s affect you?
Scientists have found more and more people are suffering from Alzheimer’s. I America there are about five million people suffer from Alzheimer's disease, and about 360,000 people are newly diagnosed Alzheimer’s every year. Alzheimer's affects about 10 percent of people ages 65 and up, and the prevalence doubles roughly every 10 years after age 65. Half of the population ages 85 and up may have Alzheimer's.
In my opinion, if we don’t look after our neck, keeping a good diet, having active life, we all facing to have Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s can affect every body’s life.

4. What have I discovered from 20 years treatment experience?
I have found if a person has a good flexible, soft, wide moving range neck, the person has less brain and other part problem. Almost every body has stiff neck experience, even a child cold born with neck vertebra's fused together. Neck problems have affected the brain, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, kidneys, intestine, hormones, skin, joints.... almost every thing happened on the body.
The reason of these, because the neck linked the brain’s blood circulation, the nerves from the brain to whole body all go through the neck, and neck easily can get stressed and stiff or disc problem or dislocations... all the results is causing the body problem.
If we want a healthy body, first thing is check the neck, if we have a healthy neck or not.

5. What do we need to do prevent Alzheimer’s?

No.1 is to check the neck and to do the neck exercise. Then eat good diet, stop smoking and drinking alcohol, do the exercise both mentally and physically, thinking positively.
6. How do we check the neck?
Ask your self do you have a uncomfortable neck?  Do you have any stiffness or pain in your neck?  Do you have a restricted movement on your neck?  Pressing hard on all the neck joints areas, do you feel pain? If answers yes. You need treatment on you neck.  Or when you have a preventing treatment the Tuina-Caiqiao therapist will tell you how good is your neck.

7. How to do the neck exercise?
